Q. Where do you deliver to?

A. We deliver to S.A. Vic. NSW. and Queensland. We cannot deliver to W.A. TAS. or N.T. due to quarantine restictions.

Q. I live outside Australia, can I place an order?

A. We do not deliver outside of Australia.

Q. What are the delivery charges?

A. Charges listed in Delivery section.

Q. Does quarantine apply to my order?

A. No quarantine to states we can supply.

Q. Can I cancel my order

A. Orders can be cancelled up to time of preparation.

Q. I have a PO Box – is that a problem?

A. Can deliver to PO Box but should check on expected delivery date to make sure that order can be collected. Tracking is available for all parcels sent.

Q.How long does delivery of my order take?

A. Once orders are posted at the start of each week delivery time with Express Post is usually between 1 to 3 days depending on location.

Q.There was a problem when my order was delivered – what should I do?

A. If there is a problem with your order please notify us by email immediately. Please send photos if there is any damaged stock.

Q.Are my details private?

A. Your details are private. We do not share them with any one else.
